In the coming months, I’ll be sharing a variety of makeup tips and tricks that can help us look our best today, especially for the over 60s. Below are four such tips that can make a huge difference in your life.
I think we can all picture a woman in her 20s with thick black lashes above and below her eyes. Yes, eyelashes can definitely define and draw attention to our eyes, but the key to beautiful eyelashes in the 60s and beyond is to make the look lighter and more natural.
A dark brown or gray eyeliner is more flattering than the thick black we used in our youth. To create the most natural look, use a Q-tip or a small angled makeup brush to smudge the lid.
